Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the Operations Center for shipment within 72 hours of placing the order.

 

Do you charge a fee? How much is the shipping cost?

 

The shipping cost will be adjusted according to the actual operation of the website, the cost will be based on your shipping address, the store will have free shipping activities. 

 

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but please allow up to 20 business days to receive your item, although it is usually shorter.

 

However, in a few cases we will come closer to the promised delivery time of 12 to 15 days. In such cases, we proactively call/email our customers to inform them of the status of the product and its shipping location. There is currently no online mechanism to check the status of your order.
